Once ready for the market, Stratus marketed the property on its national platform and sold the property at nearly a 20% premium to the original valuation of the property when Stratus became involved.

With experience in both New York City and Atlanta, Chase developed, managed, and executed integrated campaigns across traditional and non-traditional mediums, on both the agency and client sides. He had the pleasure of working on several Fortune 500 accounts, including AT&T, ADP, Verizon, Citi, and Chevron. Chase also spent 4 years working in commercial construction where he helped manage the completion of over 830,000 square feet of multifamily and student housing developments, such as Star Metals in Atlanta and Lumen in Birmingham, AL. He brings a wealth of knowledge from both advertising and construction to the commercial real estate industry.
- [Grant Oldenburg](https://stratuspg.com/team-members/grant-oldenburg/): Grant started his real estate career in 2015 by buying foreclosures on the steps of the local county courthouse. These initial residential acquisitions quickly turned into larger commercial buildings. Driven by Grant’s personal, technical, and analytical skills, he graduated with a finance degree from UNC Charlotte where he founded one of the largest collegiate real estate clubs in the nation. Grant has been a licensed agent since he was 18 years old and is a retail and restaurant specialist. In his current role, he spends much of his time working with clients to ensure they’re up to date on the commercial real estate market and advocating on their behalf in order to position their real estate needs in the most beneficial manner for their business. Grant is a member of the Young Council of Realtors, Urban Land Institute, and AYREP. Outside of work, Grant enjoys running marathons, fly fishing, and is an active member of his church.
