We had a fantastic experience working with Charlie Carroll of Stratus Property Group. We worked through a very complicated deal that involved multiple stakeholders. In total, 15 deeds had to be signed to close the deal. With Charlie, what should have been difficult became close to seamless. All parties involved walked away satisfied.
